First Annual Food Contest

Participation Form

• Contestants must pre-register no later than August 15th, 2022.
• The entrance fee of $40 is due upon registration.
• Entrants will receive $40 to purchase ingredients at the Farmers Market the morning of the contest.
• Entrants will receive a $50 Gift Certificate to Sprout Kitchen.
• Please read the Salsa Scramble Rules and Regulations before entering.
• Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of the planning committee
